J3 Training Academy is a premier baseball and softball training facility in Mattoon, IL. Located on the east side of Harbor Freight, J3 Training Academy is a 10,000 sq. ft facility, featuring 4 retractable batting cages, a full pitching lab, full weight room and arm care essentials, and a turf infield area when the cages are retracted.
J3 Training Academy is the home of premium baseball talent in the area, including 2 MLB pitchers, 8 NCAA Division 1 pitchers, and both the Land Lake College baseball team and the Mattoon Hit-Men travel organization.
Our mission is to provide an advanced, educated, and enjoyable environment for baseball and softball players to develop all facets of their game. Showing player’s the skills, habits, and discipline needed to play at the highest levels.
